How do i place an order?

We will verify your eligibility and obtain all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with your insurance carrier’s guidelines. We’ll take the time to answer any questions you may have about insurance reimbursement and which products are covered by your benefit plan.

In order for medical equipment or supplies to be covered by your insurance plan, it must be ordered by a physician.
